The Joe Kingdom Perspective

Episode 33: Dangers of Political Camps

Listen Later

In this episode, Dubb, Ryan, and Dr. Tony observe a conversation between Joe Rogan and Coffezilla about politics and political camps. They discuss how people believe if you’re part of one political camp, then you’re supposed to have all the same opinions as that camp.

They discuss how religion and politics are similar in the camp mindset which is an exclusionary system…you’re either with us or against us. Religion and politics both judge others outside their camps based on the extremes of that camp.

They discuss how some of the founding fathers of the United States warned against having a two party political system. That it would be detrimental to the government, the people, and the nation.

A lot of times hotly contested political issues are opposite sides of the same coin…and they are both right to some degree. It will take a Kingdom solution to completely solve that issue.

One way to solve the camp issues is through relational equity. That’s trust built through honor and relationship with others.

These clips are taken from episode 1951 of the Joe Rogan Podcast.
