Yes! It is okay for you to speak up for yourself! But, it's a lot easier said than done right? 

To be honest, I didn't always speak up for myself and even didn't know to muster up the courage to do it. In this episode, I share my thoughts on why I believe it is important to speak up for yourself. No one deserves to be unheard or not listened to. You should be able to voice how you feel and your perspective. You got this!
