Marty Phelps has owned and operated The Village Collection and has run it for 40 years. He co-founded the Half Moon Bay High School Surf Team and has served in leadership roles with the Half Moon Bay Surf Club, Red Triangle Surf Club, the Parent Advisory Council at Half Moon Bay High School, and the Kings Mountain Art Fair board.
