In this episode I share my experience of getting to go back and play competitive hockey for the first time in 12 years. I get personal on that experience itself, but also what lessons and memories came up in being on the ice and in the environment again. We go off and live our lives after our sport ends, and some of us are fortunate enough to stay involved in sport in some way shape or form. I share how important it is to channel that competitive nature and then also jump on opportunities to find that again.

I was on a high in recording this episode in probably having the MOST fun competing again than I ever have in the past.
