This week we talked to Mark Vierthaler, the head distillery at Whiskey Del Bac located in Tuscon, Aizona. Mark is a master at story telling so will you want to give this one a listen. We got the story of how the distillery came to be and the interesting origin of their name. We also discussed their use of mesquite smoke and its effect on their whiskey and how the climate in Arizona effects the barrel aging process.
