For the past 20 years the left has controlled California.  For the last 16 years the Democrats have had a veto proof majority.  During that time their policies have destroyed the once great state.  Farmers are forced to idle their crops.  California has the highest energy prices in the country.  The least affordable housing.  The highest taxes.  Our schools and roads are near the bottom of every measure of achievement and our Governor is going around the country bragging about his abilities to lead.  There is an election coming.  Will California start to turn the pendulum back or double down on stupid.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
