Today I want to talk about a topic that is at the centre of many of my discussions with the women in the Good Girl Rebellion and that is around how we can better manage our time.

Managing our time is one of the biggest challenges us busy mums face.

And yet it is the one thing that we spend MOST of our time WORRYING about.

As people pleasers we often struggle to manage our time on account that we are always doing so many things for other people.

(symptoms of thinking you have poor time management skills)

>> Your to-do-list is made up of a ton of activities for everyone else.

>> You feel like there is no time left in your day for taking care of yourself or doing something nice that’s just for you.

>> Planning your day feels like a momentous chore.

>>  And knocking off even the tiniest of tasks … requires all the determination you can muster.

What a girl supposed to do??
