On the 22nd September 2012, Jill Meagher left a bar less than a kilometre away from her home in Melbourne, but she never made it home. 

This episode follows the case as it unfolded and the horrendous individual who committed this violent and abhorrent crime. We explore the past crimes of the perpetrator and discuss the litany of police failings in this case.
