This week I caught up with Megs Pulvermacher (she/her) in the Evolve Beyond Limits podcast. She is the creator of the Queer Impact Collective - a community of queer-identifying entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers with a focus on networking and community building in order to amplify queer voices and empower queer missions.

Since a very young age she was inclusive of people planning events for friends and classmates since she was a little runt. As an adult she has organized many meet-ups and is a master connector bringing people together to have fun, be in community, and lift people up.

She shares her journey about coming out, being queer, and trusting in her why and what-not the how. Two Tips that have changed her life and business are:
