Totally Mental

Episode 34: Regret & Forgiving Yourself

Listen Later

This week we’re talking about regret & forgiving yourself. We asked our audience what they regret and have had to forgive themselves for, and answers ranged from “being a hoe” (lol) to trusting the wrong people to not going to therapy sooner and more. Regret is a part of the human experience. It doesn’t mean we’re failures even when we fail. It doesn’t mean we’re bad even when we make mistakes. It can be used as a tool for self-reflection, self-development, and ultimately, self-acceptance. Cheers!
