John 12:44-50 In John 3:17, Jesus made it clear that God did not send Jesus to condemn the world but to save the world through Him. Then, in John 12:47, Jesus again says that He did not come into the world to judge it - but to save it. However, in this same text, Jesus warns that one day all of the words He said while on earth would serve as a judge for those who choose not to listen to them and obey them.
