On a deceptively hot September day Martin reflects on the loss of Robert Redford and references a famous Star Wars line which brings Roy and Martin to draw parallels between teachers and actors as they stumble on to the widely discussed topic of imposter syndrome from which neither thespians nor educators are exempt. But much like a scene or a lesson plan, there are always ways to work through it.
