In this episode I talk about overthinking and how it stopped me from doing things in the past. However, when I did a good deed today I returned someone's phone that they had lost outside my parents house. I drove it to them and it felt great I didn't hesitate at all and it was because I was doing the right thing. Interesting revelation overthinking tends to happen when you doubt yourself or you doubt whatever you're doing.
