Where do you even begin making changes in your life. Awareness is the first step, then comes patience, persistence, self reflection and compassion for yourself. Don’t try and do it all at once, pick one or two things to work on otherwise it is overwhelming and you give up. It takes more than 60 days to form a new habit and cement the neural pathways in your brain so BE patient and kind to yourself.
