There are many meanings to the phrase May Day.  Our modern day leftist use it to support communism.  In war it was used to signify an emergency.  As California moves further left the emergency is real.  For every proposition on the ballot to protect proposition 13 the legislature creates propositions to defeat it.  A retired couple who bought their home in Montana in 2005 out the hard way what unlimited property taxes can do to home ownership.  Their 2005 property tax bill was $2,700.  Their 2026 property tax bill is $58,000!  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
