This week on this just anime! this is what's up: firstly we chat about the Crunchyroll anime awards- the nominees are out and the winners will be announced a few days after this episode airs so we're taking this opportunity to see the similarities and differences between their nominees and our own. After that, in another round of Buy it or Deny it, we're making some bold predictions about the some titles from this season with very little to go on. Perhaps surprising no one, Nick and Cory have different opinions on a couple things, so this could get spicy. Lastly, we're going in depth on new winter 2021 title Idoly Pride,  which, despite having a rather generic sounding name may or may not be doing its best to shake things up the somewhat formulaic idol genre.
