S30 grew to 27 locations across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore before entering administration and liquidation, a rise and fall that delivered hard-earned lessons in leadership, ownership and resilience. With 15 years in the fitness industry, Ret shares his journey from New Zealand to personal training in Melbourne, then building franchises in Perth through F45. He details the critical role that community, culture and well-designed systems played in that time. Ret is now building Daawg Haus, an online platform grounded in structured training, strong personal standards and brotherhood. Its mission is simple: help men lead themselves better, so they can lead their families, careers and lives with strength, presence and integrity.
