Now, down to bussy-ness! Today, the Court considers the case of Ship v. Control Water, and Justice Joe steps into the shoes of Plaintiff seeking the Court's opinion on whether you can use the spell to create a "water cliff" and instantly destroy a ship at sea. We then head on over to Chamber Chat and consider the merits of an optional rule that would permit stacking advantage and disadvantage and using the winning result.
