Meredith describes her journey as a therapist as parallel to her journey as a client.

She completed an intensive year long training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy last year; adding Ketamine Assisted Therapy and Integration to her repertoire to assist clients with getting unstuck.

She places a heavy emphasis on integration therapy to process and apply insights from psychedelic journeys into one's daily life.
