This week we talk to Jinson Chan the co-founder and general manager of High Side and Sojourn Fermentory. We were also joined by Mike Pawley the co-founder and head brewer of Sojourn. We talked about how Jinson's love of craft beer lead him to opening High Side in Fairfax, Va and then to start Sojourn Fermentory in Suffolk, Va.
