"Life is difficult" are the opening lines to the book, The Road Less Traveled. Dr Peck goes on to say that once you truly accept the idea that life is difficult, "then life is no longer difficult." This is one of the 'great truths' as he calls it, and can be helpful in realizing that we have a big job to do, and when called to do it, must endeavor to continually aim towards our mission, our purpose, our vision.
