Do I have a very exciting episode for you, I hope you are all having such a wonderful day and that it gets better.

Today I have a RETURNING guest, a guest that I can truly call my soul brother. And that is Shawn Boursiquot better known as Shawn the Sage!

If you guys are loyal day one Internal Battle fans, Shawn made his first appearance in episode 10 of season 1. And if you haven't seen that episode I highly recommend you do so because it was by far one of my favorite episodes to record. This time around we got to do it and we were able to do it LIVE!! Yes LIVE. Shawn came up with the idea of recording this episode and I couldn't of been more excited.

Shawn now focuses his arts and creativity in the music space and we talk about his project that had recently released on April 29th 2022 called How I'm Doin'. (Out on all platforms).

The episode was recorded before the project released, so we dive into how that process was for him.

We also get into his transition from screen writing and fiction writing to now expressing his art in the form of music.

We bounce around in so many topics such as music, therapy, the after life, creativity, and other fun topics.
