In today’s episode we are kicking off season 4 by going back to the beginning and are going to be talking about our inner voice. What it means and why we are getting into the “woo” today.
We’re reconnecting with our identity and the first step means that we are connecting to our innervoice.
We also want to share our thoughts on perfectionism, being authentic, setting goals, how life sometimes distracts us, and setting realistic expectations for ourselves.

Finding a journal. (You should have one by now but here’s your chance to reset.)
Make a list of all the “noise” you hear and where it comes from.
Then list 3 things that you can do to help quiet the outside noise.
