SHOW NOTES:

In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Jesse Glazebrook, an expert in nervous system regulation, burnout prevention, and embodiment coaching. With a background in psychology and physical therapy, Dr. Jesse has developed a powerful approach to helping high-achieving women move beyond imposter syndrome and into true self-trust and empowerment.

We dive into how trauma and stress manifest in the body, why so many women feel like they’re never doing enough, and how somatic practices—like movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation—can help shift limiting beliefs and create real transformation. Dr. Jesse shares her journey from working in trauma psychology and physical therapy to becoming a sought-after coach, helping women break free from the cycle of overthinking, self-doubt, and burnout.

If you’ve ever struggled with feeling like you have to prove your worth, push through exhaustion, or silence your own needs to succeed, this episode will give you powerful tools to change that. Dr. Jesse explains why imposter syndrome isn’t about not being good enough—it’s often a sign of being out of alignment. She also shares simple, practical exercises to reconnect with your body, regulate your emotions, and confidently step into your next level of success.
