The Therapist Mom Podcast: Where Private Practice and Motherhood Collide

Episode 37: Navigating Imposter Syndrome In Your Side Hustle with Lisa Savinon

Listen Later

My guest today is Lisa Savinon, a specialist in trauma counseling, who works with adult survivors of chronic childhood abuse, neglect, and abandonment as well as sexual trauma survivors. Her training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and attachment work; she is also certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT).

We sit down to discuss imposter syndrome, especially when adding a side hustle to your private therapy practice.
