In this episode John and Linnea talk about videos games, primarily from a player's perspective.

They talk about their favourite videos, and how certain games ( Sims and Red Dead) that provide us with an alternative world and give them the chance to be other versions of themselves.

They nerd out over early video games, and how it gave them a chance to connect and cooperate with friends. They dive into how video games can be helpful for us, but always ways when it can get less than healthy.
