Today I speak with Kenyon Zitzka, Navy Veteran and host of the Zero Xcuses podcast. This was a conversation that I was looking forward to, as I always like to speak with fellow Veterans and here about their service. After two decades in the Navy, Kenyon has had the opportunity to sail all around the world. And has been to Southeast Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and much more. He has also grown tremendously as a person along the way. Now drawing near his retirement, he has shifted gears a little bit and has found other ways to continue to serve. Including creating and hosting the Zero Xcuses podcast and starting the Infinite Results Mastermind. Both geared towards helping men build discipline, have accountability, and eliminate excuses. In this episode Kenyon tells us about his military service. Talking about some of his ports of call, living aboard the ship, and the life lessons that he's learned. We also discuss how you can build a solid foundation through discipline. Why people make excuses for not pursuing the things that they want to achieve in their life. And how to put the right systems in place so you can eliminate these excuses. This was definitely a powerful conversation and one that I've found very valuable, and I know you all will too!
