Donnie Raye Atkins II, Donnie to those loved him most, was a 35 year old from West Monroe, LA. He had recently gotten out of prison but seemed to finally be on the right track. In the late morning of September 2, 2018, Donnie allegedly got dressed in nice clothes and walked out of a friend's home where Donnie had stayed the night before. He was never seen again.
