Today I am joined by TFD Performance Dietitian Jack Doherty. In today’s episode, we are discussing meal plans, more specifically whether they work or not. This discussion was prompted after I was sent a video by a health professional saying that writing clients a meal plan is a big red flag. 

 

Jack and I are going to discuss why meal plans can be terrible, why education is so important, how meal plans can be used effectively and how intuitive eating and calorie counting are really two sides of the same coin.
