Erwan Desvalois ran for his home country of France as a middle distance runner. He joined our team here at Joint Dynamics in Hong Kong and now heads the running training arm of JD - Run Dynamics. 


In this episode Erwan discusses with Andrew the importance of training to improve your VO2 Max, and why it may not be the target for Ultra Marathon events. 


He breaks down his big three of running -

We also dive into his passion for coaching, and explore his own experience as an athlete running for France.
