Inasmuch as our county has now officially entered into Phase 1 of the Governor’s reopening plan (which allows us to reopen our church), Pastor Riggen first goes over the guidelines we’ll be following during these phases. Then, he reminds the listeners of the Biblical purpose for a church service.
