This week is personally a huge one for me.

After well over 10 years I reconnected with one of my oldest friends, Mark Cartwright, also known as Ginger Beard Mark. Mark makes some great content on YouTube (and more recently entered the podcasting world too) interviewing some legendary names in UK comedy and culture including Gail Porter, Stewart Lee, Richard Herring and Dom Joly to name a few.

Knowing he was coming on the podcast, Mark went out of his way to get a BBQ and start his journey in live fire cooking which was super sweet and after one of the most isolating years of my life it was a wonderful thing to be able to properly pick up where we left off in one of the most important friendships I had in my younger years and throughout my early teens.
