On this weeks episode I chatted with the gorgeous and extremely intelligent, Aisling Fox, or AOK Nutrition. As it turns out, we all really don't have a clue about hormones, how contraception really works, fertility and everything in between. Aisling debunks the myths we all relate to the pill and other contraceptives as well as providing us with the knowledge to help us with our hormonal issues, sex drive issues, fertility issues and whatever hormonal related questions you might have. 

I feel relieved and so much better informed about the things we should have learned in school anyway.
