Nutritional therapist and herbal medicine practitioner, Aisling (AOK Nutrition) specialises in female hormones and fertility and I just HAD to get Aisling back on the podcast. As one of my most popular episodes to date, I wanted to recap the old listeners and introduce her to any new, so that we finally understand how our bodies work as we just were not taught these things in school.
We talked about Natural Cycles, PMS, adult acne, fertility, the effects of the pill and so much more. I got the chance to ask Aisling listeners questions and also chatted about her previous controversy with doctors online.
You'll have to add this one to your playlist and let me know what you think.

Following on from last weeks episode, Kelley and I are delving deep into the highs and lows that come with living in Australia.
This week, we touch on working in construction, missing family and friends at home, struggling to make friends and the many ways you can. We also finished off on a positive note with our favourite parts of our time here so far because it is definitely not all bad and there's a lot of reasons that we are still here.
I hope this episode helps people and as I said in the episode, if you have any questions, send us a DM on the NASB insta and we will do our best to help you out.

With so many people moving to Australia in the last couple of years, I have seen a lot of chat about Australia not being what 'they' make it out to be.
To cover this topic, I thought who better to bring on as this weeks guest than Producer Kelley who has some interesting news for everyone and is particularly familiar with the lows of Australia at the moment which you will hear about in this episode.
With two varying experiences between us, we chat about everything from visa struggles, job hunts, loneliness and a whole lot more in between.
Australia is an amazing place but my god it does not come without it's struggles. It's not all sunrises and boat parties but they do make the struggles a little bit more bearable and there's a reason so many people have moved over and never come back.

PART 2 with Niamh O'Reilly who is a single mom to her beautiful daughter Eabha. Gorgeous Eabha was born with a special disability called AMC which meant she was born with low muscle tone and fixed joints but really that just means she is cooler than most people 💕
I decided to divide this episode into two parts because there was SO much to cover from finding out she was pregnant 3 weeks after moving to Portugal DURING covid, finding out something was wrong but not knowing what exactly it was for so long even after the birth, sharing a child with someone she has known since they were 15, managing co-parenting and doing such a good job at it and, coming to the sad realisation that nobody is going to fight or care for your child like you do.
Aside from all that Niamh is GAS and is focusing on raising her tiny best friend, Eabha, and also being a screenwriter. No better person to have been dealt a shitty hand as she always see the positives in everything and is an inspiration to anyone going through a similar situation.
This week Aislinn chats with John Fitz who is one of three owners behind The Lab Method gym based in Athea. The Lab is not just a gym it’s a community and the lads have found a niche in the market in everything that they do and you can see that so evidently through their socials.

(Re-uploading with *improved* sound quality) Hear from our first guest of the season, Emmah Feenan, or better known as Luna By Emmah. Emmah is an INSANE psychic medium who is always booked out months in advance and we talked all about the emotionally draining experience of having the gift of being a medium. We also talked about her home life, growing up with her mother having the same gift AND she so kindly did a live reading for us on the pod.
Travel blogger, Nadine, joins me this week to chat about how she moved across the world to Thailand to live with her soon to be husband after spending a whopping 50 days together.
Nadine chats about the last 5 years of living and working in Thailand. The highs, the lows, the myths and the struggles of long distance as Mark is away doing Fifo work in Perth.
If you have ever wanted to go to Thailand, then Nadine's Instagram is your one stop for all the inside knowledge and tips and tricks of where to go and what to do.
