Hello! And welcome back to another episode of the Internal Battle podcast I hope you are having the most phenomenal day!
Today I have a very special guest and and an amazing episode.
My guest today is Tim Messina. Tim is a manager at a multi-million dollar company as an electrical engineer, a gym enthusiast, and a mentor.
The way Tim and I met was such a divine moment and you'll hear me say this several times. When bumping into Tim in the sauna at the gym, I immediately knew that I had to get him on the show.
Upon meeting him we dove into the conversation about fasting and the way the mind works. The conversation of course, was cut short because well- we were in the sauna! I knew the conversation we were having had to keep going as well be heard by my listeners!
Just meeting Tim, he emits such a positive and energetic energy that's very infectious and is what drew me to him initially.
In this episode we get into:
And so much more.
This is an episode for sure you want to listen to because Tim has almost seen and done it all. He's come a long way and still believes that he has a lot more to go. Tim is a humble soul that strives to better himself as well as help others better themselves.
Him and I are so glad for you to take the time and listen to this episode so PLEASE enjoy!!
Tim doesn't use any form of social media, but you can support him by giving this episode a listen and sharing it with those you believe need to hear it!!!
We talk about some heavy topics in this episode, especially in the areas of addiction and sobriety. If you are someone who struggles in any form of addiction and feel helpless. This episode is for you. There is support out there and there are MANY resources that can help you. Trust and believe you are not alone and you have individuals like Tim to show you that it is 100% possible to change your life. It starts with belief in yourself and starting where you are at.
