Due to the onslaught of Super Bowl Sunday tomorrow, I'm going to release this episode today vs tomorrow since I'm pretty sure nobody is going to listen to this podcast tomorrow afternoon because people will be too busy watching the super bowl game..but anyways, today's episode is going to be on the history behind last week's song and artist, in this episode I'm going to talk about how the group got it's name and the story behind their first hit single and how this particular song (which again is Five O Clock World) was a song that was a personal one for all of the members of this group, and I also talk about the behind the scenes details on the song which includes the studios the songs were recorded at and who were the musicians on the song and who wrote the song as well. here's the link to last week's song again just in case you wanted to listen to it:
If you learned a lot about the Vogues from listening to this episode and you learned some cool information about them that you didn't already know about them, please email me at

I will ask you guys to go look up their music and listen to it before I do the interview most of their music can be found on the big music platforms but their biggest hits include Incense and Peppermints and Tomorrow so that you'll be familiar with what I'll be talking about during the interview.
