This may cause feelings of being hangry, light headed, weak or emotionally charged which can cause us to reach for foods that we know aren’t “the best” but will help to curb these uncomfortable feelings.

This type of cycle can lead us into increased inflammation, weakened immune systems and weight gain just to name a few.
