Well Salam mama,

This week's epiosde is a little different - I'm sharing a late week 8 Challenge update ( and you'll see why!). It's been one of those weeks - beautifully but oh so busy!

Between serving my amazing clients inisde Nourish , my 3-month 1:1 coaching container for mums , planning for my kids upcoming Culture Day , and hosting a big family gathering .. it's been a rewarding , chaotic , and humling ride.
