Ben has an incredible story to share from hitting rock bottom with drug addiction, bankruptcy and even planning to take his own life. Thankfully he didn't as he is a proud father to his 2 beautiful girls Lucy & Poppy and husband to his wife Katie. Ben has come out the other side of darkness and is now helping other men in his community do the same through a Men's Mental Health group called Self Seen and also sharing his story and others on his Podcast called 'The Happy Days Podcast'.
