As creatives, it's pretty typical to have your hand in about one thousand different things at any given time. Add that to the fast paced world that we live in, and you can get stuck in a perpetual cycle of a crazy non-stop life. Sometimes, the most difficult thing to do is be still. If we never take a moment to be still, collect our thoughts, and take a break from the noise, we won't be able to create from that deeper place. The world is already noisy enough.
