Brian Mehmen first got his start in the business world with a deer processing business. In his first year, he processed over 400 deer and was able to pay off his college tuition for the year. Through this, he learned that hard work was not enough, you had to have a system. He found that having a system put together helped to keep his work flowing and the success coming, but he had to be willing to change the system as it grew.
