This Sunday we celebrated Mother's Day!

We learn in scripture that honor is one of the love languages of God, but it is being lost in our world. It is perhaps more common for someone to honor themselves than it is for someone to honor someone else. But what does God think of that?

The Bible teaches us that when we honor others above ourselves we honor God, whether we feel like doing it or whether they even deserve it. God's style of honor takes much humility and sacrifice which is why it can unlock God's blessings in our lives. We unpacked this in a message called, “Make Honor Common Again.”
