Super proud of this one as Gen has been on my list of bucket list guests since day one of the podcast. As somebody who started out my journey as a food blogger I have a special place in my heart for authors and people who work so hard on producing amazing physical books you can refer back to, read for inspiration or just to appreciate the art and craft that went into them from inception to print... sitting in the garden with a fire, a coffee and a book is the ultimate unwind. We discuss her previous books such as Charred (2019) and go into her upcoming release Fool Proof BBQ (April 15th).
