Did you know you can breathe like a bumble bee?? It might seem silly, but it can help you feel better! Take a big deep breath in through your nose, and as you breathe in, imagine all the air going into your belly. Let's get those icky feelings out! With your mouth closed, breathe out, and hum like a bee! Breathe all those yucky feelings out through your nose.
