During this interview we get to meet Chris, head of security at Explict Bistro & Lounge. Not only is he the head of security, but his larger aspirations and passions lie in fitness and health.

We talk about his journey in fitness, starting with his time in high school and college sports. Chris was also in the marching band as both a musician and drum major. 

Chris takes us on a journey on how these were foundations to him making his fitness content, forming the brand he is building under "Nobody Cares Go Lift" and the community that he has inspired around this. Ultimately, we connect this to how it's important to take care of your health and fitness and how this has worked to his benefit while working in nightlife.
