In this special episode, Chris and Megan dive into the deep trenches of how to stay motivated and maintain motivation in hard times. They also talk about how the sense of community and sharing your accomplishments with your support system helps you stay motivated and pumped for further growth.

Chris and Megan Davis live in Florida with their two sons and operate Triforce CrossFit, a gym where the vision is to help people become more healthy, fit, and confident.
