Episode 4: Elad Zvi

Elad Zvi is the Co-Founder of Bar Lab Consulting and former Managing Partner of the globally acclaimed Broken Shaker in Miami Beach. With his business partner, Gabe Orta, Elad has re-energized the hospitality scene. Since launching the Broken Shaker in 2012, Bar Lab has opened a series of award-winning venues across major cities including Miami, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. Broken Shaker has earned international recognition, currently ranking number 14 on the prestigious list of the World's Best Bars.

In our conversation we talked about how Elad fell in love in New York City, how he joined the mixology world, the story of how Broken Shaker was created and the encounter with a stranger outside of the Plaza Hotel that changed his life.
