Lauren has an honors degree in psychology, studied in Neuro-linguistic programming and is passionate about holistic health and mindset.  Over her ten year journey, she has found herself focusing on empowering and educating women on how to look after their health, happiness and mindset so they don’t find themselves in the negative positions they were previously in or potentially could be in.

Life Above Zero is all about creating a life that you love which is in alignment with your highest values, not settling for mediocrity and what society expects you to do. Living life ABOVE that baseline.
