Certain times in our lives, we have felt crippled or stuck because this thing called anxiety has us in a downward spiral or perhaps gives us this clenching feeling in our chest. Understand that it can be managed by first knowing what exactly is happening.

 

Anxiety will not necessarily just "go away" but just like clouds in the sky, thoughts and feelings will pass. I share some tools from my firsthand experience on how to manage it.
