It's safe to say that many of us experience cluttering of our minds, and that we may require an additional method of decluttering more than our rooms and homes.

I think we all can be at fault for comparing ourselves to others on social media especially. It happens offline and online very much so.
But do we know the underlying side effects of comparing ourselves to others online? Is it really that big of a deal?

Sometimes we may feel it is difficult for us to accept gifts or compliments. On the other spectrum, perhaps it is difficult for us to give without expecting anything in return.
We go over how to give and receive gifts such as compliments or a smile.
We deserve to have good things come into our lives.

For many of us, change can be a scary or uncomfortable thing. Others, maybe not so much. Being human involves overcoming emotions, circumstances, and stressful situations.
When we have something to move towards and show progress, we actually feel more alive. Because of this, life is more colorful and not so black and white.
When we are stagnating, day to day living may feel like a bore and colorless. This is why progression and change can ad a spark to our daily lives, and give us a reason to get out of bed in the morning.

Many of us may have thought about leaving our comfortable jobs that pay us just enough to make ends meet and keep us undergoing the every day boring cycle of sleep, work, indulge for a few hours, then sleep. Perhaps some of you have thought about going off the grid, or just making a very big change in your lives especially during the new year of 2020.
This interview, I ask a friend why did he leave a comfortable good paying job to pursue a hobby/ passion that did not pay nearly as much, while living in an R.V.
We can take away from this interview that for anything in life that we desire, we must sacrifice and go after it without letting fear hold us back.

This is for individuals that maybe have never meditated before or would like to ground themselves from a cluttered mind.
This meditation helps with focus, calming the mind, and bringing ourselves to the present moment by tapping into our five senses.
Use headphones if you have any, but don't fret if you do not have any. Eyes closed is preferred as well.
Do not worry if your thoughts come and go. This is normal and absolutely okay.
Are your belief systems helping you move forward or holding you backwards? It may be time to analyze and look at how you view the world.
Is the glass half full or half empty, or perhaps maybe it's still just a glass. We go over belief systems and examples of how we can take a different approach and reassess our viewpoints on the world around us with either meditation, positive thinking, or just understanding.

We may fall victim into trying to be accepted by others or know people that try a little too much in being accepted. While this may seem nice, it can hurt more than help. It often times can stem from insecurity and this can breed issues down the road for our own health, and even others.
